Who Are We?

A Christian Ministry for Same-Sex Attracted South Africans

Reclaim Ministries exists to walk alongside same-sex attracted (SSA) Christians who hold to the historic Christian understanding of sexuality and marriage — one man, one woman, in a lifelong covenant before God.

We believe that all people bear the image of God and deserve dignity, respect, and genuine Christian community, regardless of their experience of attraction.

Our Mission

Supporting Traditional Biblical Ethics & Fellowship

Community

Facilitating small group communities where SSA Christians can find belonging, accountability, and genuine friendship.

Church Support

Offering guidance, resources, and conversation to help church leaders better understand and walk alongside SSA members in their congregations.

Singleness & Vocation

Celebrating the gift of singleness within faith communities and helping individuals find meaning and purpose in their vocation.

What Do We Believe?

Every person is made in the image of God and possesses inherent dignity and worth.

All people deserve respectful, compassionate treatment regardless of their experience of attraction.

Christian marriage is a covenant between one man and one woman for life.

Celibacy is a valid, honourable, and Christ-honouring calling for those who are not married.

The church should be a place of genuine belonging for SSA Christians who hold traditional ethics.

Providing resources and reading materials for individuals and families
Offering guidance and conversation to church leaders supporting SSA members
Connecting SSA Christians across South Africa through online community
Promoting the celebration of singleness in the church
